It’s a GIRL! Mom and dad were so happy….I think they’d have been happy either way actually.
She was a small and perfect peanut. She slept so much of the time and let me play with her while she was asleep. Score 1 for me. lol At the very end she peed all over mom and I should have grabbed a shot of mom’s face. it was priceless. We were all laughing pretty hard.

Brittany is a stunning mama to be! Her belly was perfect. She was so in love with her baby already…you could see and feel it. Daddy couldn’t wait to hold his little boy or girl in his arms. It was so sweet to watch these parents interact. Silly and sweet. I ended up in a bet with a friend. She said girl, I said boy….I lost! They had a very perfect baby girl. 
I was hoping for snow….I didn’t get it, but we did get bitter cold! 
That didn’t stop us though! haha Outside we went to play in the yard. I am a sucker for wood piles…I don’t know if it’s the wood itself or if it is the smell of wood burning that is the really love of mine. Myself and dad to be love the smell…..mama, not so much. But she was happy to stand near the woodpile for me to play!
She wanted horses….so I found her horses! You should have seen and heard her reaction when she saw one for the first time…it was priceless! Mia is such a poser. I can’t help but smile when she struts her stuff and put her hands on her hips. I can see her being 16 and doing the same thing. She’s a gorgeous gal and I always have fun with her!
Madelyn was a joy to photograph! She was easy and content. She didn’t mind anything I did. Big bro….not so much. haha He was rather shy, so I can understand. I enjoy getting to snuggle new babies since my youngest is 3 1/2. It’s so amazing to watch the new sibling connections and the love and joy the new parents feel. I love being a part of the experience.
I love this family. Ok…I really love all my clients..but this family is also concidered friends. I big pink puffy heart adore them. haha
Their beautiful and compassionate children are womderful to be around and this mama and daddy have me in a fit of laughter from the moment I see them until the moment I leave. Speaking of….time to get together?

The sun was out all day….gorgeous…and then * BOOM*…freakin freezing COLD! I took off to my session knowing I was about to make icicles out of my fingers! This family did fantastic in the conditions though…and you can barely tell that we were all complaining non-stop. Love the blues…LOVE the blues. So happy we didn’t have to cancel…or reschedule again. lol Also happy it got warmer again..before it gold colder!
I photographed this little peach shortly after she was born…..then just before Christmas we did it all over again! This babe was such a sweetie..and her big “bro” is such a great listener. Just as she was getting ready for a nap…Santa arrived!!!!!

What a family! We ended up shooting on a pretty cool fall day…but the kids did SO good, so did the parents! 
What a fun, goofy and well behaved group of kiddos. Big congrats to the parents for raising such fine peoples! Oh…and loved swapping birth stories in between clothing changes……you beat me by far! lol
