Back to The 80’s & 90’s Contest Entries….
Invite everyone you know to vote for who you think has the most AWFUL clothing! Have fun!
Here are the entries in no particular order:
Number 1 Rachael 1982/82
Number 2 Mary entered a photo of her husband Adam (pictured on the right)
(ok, so Adam is my husband (but you knew that), and the other guy is Roger, Adam’s brother. Adam would have been about 9 years old, and Roger would have been about 10 years old. So that means the picture would have been taken about 1993. This picture was taken when they lived in Gretna. The house in the background was where they lived at the time, which was at 569 Montcalm Avenue. They played for the Gretna baseball team.)
Number 3 Brittany, the one in the funky bright yellow glasses.
Number 4 Michelle (I HATE THIS PICTURE! i keep it on my fridge. I remember getting this picture taken, I was 5 years old. I always looked like a boy. it didn’t help that my parents dressed me like one. everyone used to tell me “you are such a cute little boy!” I would stomp my foot with anger, and tell them that i wasn’t a boy. ooooh, i hated it. I couldn’t even grow hair, so that didn’t help. My Baba always told me I was her little ugly duckling…well…you know the story)
Number 5 Kathy ( This is a photo taken in 1981 of Matthew, Tim, Isaak and myself. Dig those far out glasses, LOL.)
Number 6 Jennifer ~pictured on the far left
(What is with the wild hair and the floral tops back then?! OI! And red pants?! LOL Sorry, the only one that looks decent is my lil’ brother at the time!)
Number 7 Melissa (This is a picture of me as a baby, with my mom. Would’ve been 1986 or early 1987. Love a bright butter yellow shirt with red un-identifiable blobs and even brighter yellow spots…coordinated perfectly with the red beads and huge circle earrings!!)
Number 8 Victoria 1984/85
***Back To The 80’s & 90’s Contest***

I was born in 1983. The 80’s. I must be around 5 in the photo below.
I can’t say the picture is awful…..but the sweater sure is!

What A Boy!
Warning….Images May Be Mouth Watering And Cause Tummy Growling.
I did product shots today for Daisy Cakes Cafe in Plum Coulee.
The primary selling feature of the Cafe is the cakes that she does….wedding, birthday, anniversary.
You name the ocassion and she will tranform a cake into a dazzling work of art. Those cakes are a MUST SEE.
On top of the cakes she had a booming little cafe that serves little specialty foods daily. Stop by for a coffee..
add a muffin…
(they were yummy)
or a scrumptious jam filled cookie…or two…or three….
or try some cupcakes…
maybe a bowl of soup is more your thing….
